It is observed very often that, the quality of power supply is very erratic and is not as per required input standard of 230 Volt or 415 Volt. Power supply is not good due to various factors, AC main supply is never 230 Volt or 415 Volt, but varies from 150 Volt-300 Volt and 300 Volt-500 Volt. The resultant effect caused by poor supply of AC main is over load condition, line Losses and poor power factor besides several other reasons. To operate equipments and machineries constant voltage is required to maintain the smooth running and to obtain maximum production. During the day time, the voltage is low and it is vice versa at the night. This fluctuation in Power supply system results frequent breakdown, low production and also loss of energy. Pulsetech’s Servo Voltage Stabilizer uses a solid state circuit which controls the Servo Motor. The motor is mechanically coupled to the arm of a transformer which feeds to the primary of a series control buck-boost transformer. The Servo stabilizer output voltage is compared with the reference voltage and the resultant error signal controls the Servo Motor providing the proportional control systems rather then on/off circuits. Furthermore, we customize these stabilizers as per our client requirement.
